FITNESS MEMBERSHIPS
Make 2010 the year that you make the best choices for yourself about good nutritional health and good physical health. How about a membership to our fitness room? It's convenient, comfortable and a great place to meet other folks from town. Memberships start from $100-$175 ($8.30-$14.58/month). It's just another way to keep your dollars in North Branford!!

2010 Weight Loss Challenge.
The 6th Weight Loss Challenge is back! North Branford Recreation Department is in partnership with Stewart's Personal Training and Nutrition Center. Interested in starting out the new year on the path to great fitness and healthy eating choices? Grab a partner and get ready. Click on the link below for more information.Change in beginning date. All forms must be submitted by March 19, 2010. Challenge takes place from April to June
